PGA National is comprised of more than individual condo or homeowner associations under the PGA Property Owners Association (PGA-POA) master association. Club membership is private and may be included or not with each unit purchase. Maintenance of the main entries and some areas of the main loop roads are taken care of by the PGA POA or Northern Palm Beach County Improvement District.
The PGA National Resort is located in the center of the PGA National Communities.
In addition to the five championship courses, designed by some of the leading
names in golf, you’ll also find great landscaping, parks and shopping.

The Barclay Club
The Barclay Club neighborhood is located within the PGA National Resort
Community in the beautiful city of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The community
features one- and two-story homes with 2 – 3 bedrooms and garages, along with a
community pool for residents and their guests. Some homes enjoy peaceful water
or golf course views, and all home are painted in light pastel colors with white roofs,
giving the neighborhood a bright, cohesive look. Barclay Club is known for its
friendly atmosphere, well-kept homes, and strong sense of pride shared by its
homeowners.
Bristol Club
The Bristol Club has 154 one and two-story homes with either 2 or 3 bedrooms with
garages. Numerous units have golf course and/or canal views. This community is
within walking distance of the PGA National Park and Masters Park.
Burwick
Burwick features custom homes situated on spacious 1/4 to 1/2 acre homesites
within the prestigious PGA National community. This distinguished neighborhood
offers a variety of thoughtfully designed three-, four-, and five-bedroom floor plans,

communities within PGA National to offer such a welcoming atmosphere. Residents

Club Cottages
The Club Cottages are close to the PGA National Resort. This is a quaint community
of 220 cottages with fairway and lake views. All the cottages have two bedrooms
and two baths, with a spacious living and dining area. The community has its own
heated pool and pavilion for its residents.
Coventry
Coventry is a community of fifty-eight single family homes with two or three
bedrooms. It is located alongside the General Golf Course. The residents and their
guests can enjoy their private swimming pool and relaxation area.
Cypress Point
Cypress Point Condominiums feature Key West Style design and atmosphere. The
units have lovely lake views form the living areas and sun porches. There are one-
and two-bedroom units. Residents have access to a community pool and
entertainment area.
Dunbar Woods
Dunbar Woods is located next to a 240 acre preserve. Residents can enjoy the
peaceful setting as well as all the amenities offered through the PGA National
Resort & Spa. Two- and three-bedroom condominium units are available, ranging in
size from 1,000 to 1,350 square feet.
Eagleton/Championship
Championship
Championship is a Property Owners Association (POA) within the Overall PGA POA
and serves the common and shared areas of the gated Eagleton community. The
Association is responsible for maintaining and managing the community’s gated
entry system, gatehouse operations, roadway and sidewalk maintenance,
landscaping and irrigation of common areas lighting, and cable and internet
services. Each of the individual neighborhoods withing Eagleton is also governed by
its own homeowner’s association (HOA), or in some cases a shared homeowners
association, which oversees matters specific to those communities.
Eagleton
Within Eagleton are the prestigious neighborhoods of Augusta Pointe, Diamond
Head, Eagleton Cove, Eagleton Estates, Eagleton Lakes, General Pointe, Grand Cay,
The Masters, Monterey Pointe, and Pinehurst. These distinctive neighborhoods feature a wide variety of homes, many with views of the Golf Course, lakes, and surrounding natural landscapes.
Fairway Villas
Fairway Villas is a small community of forty-six homes, and it offers the ultimate
relaxation destination with settings that overlook lakes and the Palmer Golf Course.
Homes are available with two or three bedrooms and a double garage, with a
private courtyard. The Fairway Villas have a community pool for residents and their
guests.
Glengary
Glengary is a community of custom-built 3- and 4-bedroom single family estate
homes with garages along towering oak tree lined streets. Residents can take
advantage of the amenities that are offered throughout PGA National.
Glenwood
Glenwood is a community of Mansard style two-story townhomes with two or three
bedrooms and approximately 1,490 sq ft in each unit. The homes have 4 units
together and each unit has their own private fenced patio area. Lot of activities are
available including racquetball, tennis courts, swimming pool, and park. The
community has access to its own fitness trails, located through the development to
give the residents the opportunity to enjoy waling, cycling or rollerblading without
using the roadways.
Golf Villas Condo Association
Golf Villas at PGA National is a 340-unit condominium community with four or six
unit layouts in a quiet setting. It is a condominium association governed by its
recorded documents and managed by a board of directors. Residents enjoy two
swimming pools, maintained common area, lakes and fairway views.
Grand Cay
Grand Cay is a prestigious gated community within the Eagleton with forty-two
estate homes with lake or Champion Golf Course views. Homes are single or
double-story estate homes with three-, four-or five-bedroom plans. These homes
range in size from 2,800 to 5,000 square feet with luxurious design. Guest homes are
available on some properties.
Heather Run
This quaint community has two- and three-bedroom single story villas with garages.
It is a quiet, peaceful, relaxing environment and is situated among PGA National’s
natural preserve.
Ironwood
Ironwood is a charming community of single-family homes, each with a private
garage and individual mailbox. Being situated along the edge of the prestigious
Fazio Golf Course, Ironwood offers residents a peaceful, upscale, living experience.
The homes include two- and three-bedroom layouts, with living spaces from 1,400

The Lakes of PGA National COA
The Lakes is a quiet community made up of 16 condominiums units located in two,
two story buildings nestled within Canterbury HOA. Each condo has a spacious two-
bedroom layout and includes its own private garage or designated parking spot.
First floor and downstairs units have a front courtyard. Residents of The Lakes share
Canterbury’s community pool and recreation center/clubhouse.
Legends
Legends of PGA National is a beautifully landscaped condominium community with
a Mediterranean flavor. The three-bedroom villas with garages range in size from
1,900 to 2,200 square feet. Many homes have lake views or Championship Golf

Lexington Green
Lexington Green is located next to PGA National’s Masters Park and is walking
distance to the PGA National Park. Condominium residences have two or three
bedrooms with attached garages. This area has lush landscaping and private lakes
as well as a community pool for Lexington Green residents.
Marlwood Estates
Marlwood Estates features custom-designed homes situated on large, lushly

Marlwood Townhomes

Preston Court
Preston Courts is a charming community subdivision of 25 zero lot mediterranean
style homes nestled within the esteemed Preston 24/7 gated community of estate

Thurston Estates
The Thurston community is a prestigious neighborhood consisting of exquisite,
